Big Event 2021 Policy
Project sites for Big Event this year are only hosted at a few city locations, schools, churches, and other public locations that are supervised. No private residence or individual households will be hosted as project sites due to COVID-19 safety restrictions.
LOU Community Members
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing pandemic and campus safety measures, Big Event is unable to send volunteers to residential project sites this year. Our students and the organization are heartbroken that we will not be about to serve our entire community this year, but we look forward to expanding our reach in Big Event 2022.

Eligible Project Sites: schools, churches, non-profit organizations, and city/county representatives
Big Event will be Saturday, March 20th (morning) and Sunday, March 21st (afternoon) hosting a limited number of public project sites. If you are a representative from one of the eligible sites listed above, please email olemissbigevent@gmail.com with a short summary of your project, and someone will give you a call to follow up with additional questions.
