Strengthsfinder: Workshop Series

The Strengthsfinder Workshop Series is structured to meet the needs of teams, departments, and organizations. These workshops are progressive and build on one another–groups must start with Strengths 101 before continuing on in the series. We are happy to customize content to meet any specific needs of your group, which you may indicate on your registration form.

Strengths 101	Intermediate Strengths	Advanced Strengths
This introductory workshop will help you interpret your signature themes results and name your top themes.	This workshop offers a deeper dive and investment into your signature themes. In this session, participants will begin to claim their themes and identify with theme on a more personal level.	This advanced offering elevated signature themes into practiced strengths, with a focus on aiming those strengths towards a specific intention or goal.
Prerequisite: All participants must complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment. If you have not taken the Assessment previously, we will include a code--at retail value--in your registration fee. See price breakdown below.	Prerequisite: All participants must complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment and complete Strengths 101 before registering for Intermediate Strengths.
