Space Reservation Information

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, ALL Student Union meeting rooms and event spaces have limited/restricted seating. For Union spaces, fees and seating capacities have been updated. All non-Union spaces that the Student Union reserves are suspended until further notice. Due to limited availability of meeting and event spaces, we highly encourage the use of Zoom. All university faculty, staff, and students have access to the university’s Zoom license. All confirmed reservations must meet existing university, local, state, and national health and safety guidelines.

Please note that University space can only be reserved for events and activities sponsored by Registered Student Organizations and Campus Departments. No third party reservations are permitted.
Users may send in Union Space and outdoor tabling request forms no later than 3 business days in advance of their desired event/tabling day.
Please allow a processing time of up to 3 business days for your request form to be processed by our reservations staff.
Keep in mind that the request volume is highest at the beginning of the long semesters and all requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
***Monday-Thursday events in the Student Union must end by 8:30 pm. Friday, Saturday & Sunday events in the Student Union must end by 7:30 pm.***
Effective August 1, 2020, no reservations are accepted for non-Student Union spaces.

Groups will only be allowed to use spaces in Lamar Hall if they practice social distancing and wear masks. C19 Ambassadors will be present to offer masks and hand
sanitizer as needed.
