The Ole Miss Student Union oversees table reservations and space reservations at the Student Union but at various locations across campus. IMPORTANT: Due to current state and local health and safety guidelines regarding COVID-19, the following restrictions are in place for hosting social gatherings:
- Group Gatherings (Social Distancing IS NOT Possible): Public and private social gatherings and recreational activities shall be limited to groups of no more than 10 people in a single indoor space or groups of no more than 50 people in an outdoor space where individuals not in the same household are in close proximity (less than 6 feet) to each other. This limitation does not apply to religious entities, voting precincts, students in classrooms or gatherings governed by other capacity limitations.
- Group Gatherings (Social Distancing IS Possible): Except as otherwise provided, public and private social gatherings and recreational activities shall be limited to groups of no more than 20 people in a single indoor space or groups of no more than 100 people in an outdoor space where individuals are able to maintain a minimum of 6 feet separation between individuals not in the same household. This limitation does not apply to religious entities, voting precincts, students in classrooms or gatherings governed by other capacity limitations.

Once restrictions are lifted, we will accept reservations for larger numbers. Please stay up-to-date with guidelines for hosting gatherings as you plan ahead.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, ALL Student Union meeting rooms and event spaces have limited/restricted seating. For Union spaces, fees and seating capacities have been updated. All non-Union spaces that the Student Union reserves are suspended until further notice. Due to limited availability of meeting and event spaces, we highly encourage the use of Zoom. All university faculty, staff, and students have access to the university’s Zoom license. All confirmed reservations must meet existing university, local, state, and national health and safety guidelines.
