Strengthsfinder: Individualized Coaching Sessions
In addition to the workshop, our office offers one-on-one consultation sessions with our Strengths Certified Coaches. These sessions are recommended for anyone who wishes to have a more focused and individualized approach to their strengths development. In addition to general consultations, we offer a specialized session to managers and team leaders, which focuses intently on leading a team of individuals through a Strengths framework.
Registrants must complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment before participating in a coaching session. Our office can provide you with an access code at retail cost in addition to your registration fees. See pricing details below.
