Event Monitor Training
The Gertrude C. Ford Ole Miss Student Union and the William Magee Center work together to provide this training so students feel prepared to host safe and inclusive events. Event monitors are required for any events with alcohol and/or an expected attendance of 150+. For events requiring Event Monitors, there must be at least one event monitor per 50 guests at any given time.
Once a student has completed Event Monitor Training, they are qualified to serve as an Event Monitor for the remainder of that academic year. At the start of the following Fall Semester, they will need to complete the training again.
